OUR HEAT EXCHANGES
Our sanitary plate heat exchangers are intended for use in food, dairy and beverage applications, as well as in other applications with strict sanitary requirements. Each plate heat exchanger is calculated and offered specifically for the application and heat transfer needs.
The Sanitary Mixflo Multitube is particularly suitable for thermal exchange process of products with low or medium viscosity, even with particles.
The Monotube MIXFLO Heat Exchanger consists of two concentric corrugated cardboard tubes. The product to be thermally processed flows into the smaller tube, while the service fluid flows into the external jacket. The Monotube MIXFLO Heat Exchanger is fully welded with compensator if necessary.
The Hercules project started a few years ago in collaboration with the University of Parma. The result was a scraped surface heat exchanger for viscous and delicate products, especially products containing soft solids. This unit is perfect for complex liquids that tend to 'bum-on', coat or solidify on hot or cold surfaces.
