The Fastfeed® The Fastfeed® is an all-in-one system that quickly wets and disperses powders and ingredients in a continuous process.®  on a mixing tank or install it directly in-line. Built on a mobile work table, the Fastfeed® system includes a hopper, a self-priming liquid ring liquid pump, a Dynashear in-line dispersing pump, a vacuum gauge, and various valves and controls. A single Fastfeed® can be configured to serve multiple tanks. The Fastfeed does not use a venturi system.

The Fastfeed® uses the principles of vacuum and high shear to achieve results. The Fastfeed® connects to the liquid source or recirculation tank. Using the built-in work table, the operator pours ingredients into the hopper at waist height. Once the system is filled with liquid and activated, powder induction begins. Powders are sucked into the liquid by the vacuum pump at rates of up to 200 kg/minute (depending on model and powder type). The mixed product then passes through the Dynashear®, which provides instant dispersion and shear. The Dynashear is capable of realizing a droplet and soft particle size of 4-5 microns.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

Powder is fed into the hopper from waist height pockets through the work table. When a lot of powder or continuous powder has to be added, the Fastfeed® being fed. It is therefore possible to use bulk bags or an automated bulk delivery system for this.

BRIDGE AND TUNNEL FORMING

Traditional powder flow problems such as bridging or rat-holing are minimized by the combination of a constant vacuum in the powder flow. For challenging powders, a mechanical vibrator should be installed. "Puffers" can be used for real problem powders.

Uniform, effective powder flow

With the Fastfeed® , the powder extraction is continuous, even as the viscosity increases and the percentage of solids increases. This protects the system from blockages. The powder feed rates are easily adjustable via control valves. This function can be automated to ensure the correct concentration of dry materials is added quickly and effectively. Automation is advised if bulk addition of powders is used.

Complete 100% dispersion of powders

Ingredients are 100% dispersed as the mixture moves at high speed through the integrated Dynashear® -mixer® flows. With the Fastfeed® system, the perfect mix of fully functional ingredients is created in just minutes. If desired, the Fastfeed® can be connected to a circulation tank for multiple passages through the Dynashear® to get even better results.
