Any product recovery system must be able to safely, reliably and effectively introduce and remove the pig from the production process. The transmitting and receiving stations are designed to accomplish this. Depending on the process and product, different sending and receiving station designs are available. Each type of station consists of a variety of specialized valves, solenoids, uniquely designed piping and other components to enable efficient and reliable operation of the system.

Our pigs are specially designed for highly effective, reliable and efficient product recovery in pipelines. The wear rings are robust, but easy to replace. Pig bodies are made of PP or PA. Each body is fitted with one or more fixed magnets to enable detection. Pigs are available in all pipework standard sizes from DN12 to DN 300 (including the inch variants)

A piggable valve is a valve that in the open position has a free passage without obstructions or obstructions. A pig can therefore pass these valves without any problems in order to recover the liquid in the longest possible pipeline route.
